Echo (“Echo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a mobile app for creating and sharing invite-only photo collages. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use Echo.

- User content. Photos, collages, captions, and metadata you upload.
- Contacts (optional). Used only to help you find/invite friends if you grant access.
- Device & usage. Device model, OS/app version, language, time zone, IP address, basic event logs.
- Identifiers. Internal IDs; push token if you enable notifications.
- Support. Info you include when contacting us.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve Echo; personalize features.
- Maintain safety, security, and integrity of the service.
- Communicate service updates; respond to support.
- Comply with legal obligations; enforce terms.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information. We disclose information only to:
- Service providers under contract (hosting, storage, authentication, analytics).
- Legal/safety recipients when required or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Information is stored with reputable cloud providers (e.g., AWS). We keep it as long as needed to provide Echo and as required by law. You may request account deletion.

- Update/delete content in-app; request account deletion via email.
- Control device permissions (Photos, Camera, Contacts) in iOS Settings.
- Opt out of non-essential emails using message links.
6. Regional Notices
If applicable law grants you rights (e.g., to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of your data), contact us to exercise them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
7. Children
Echo is not directed to children under 13.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.
